Local Beaches
Just over a mile away from the Barn and Cottage is Overstrand Beach. This lovely, hassle-free and unassuming beach with it's flat golden sand is the perfect place for children. It boasts The Cliff-Top Café, The White Horse Pub, a newsagents, and many beach huts. You can buy fresh Cromer Crab and Lobster from the hut by the café too.
Local Walks
Whether it's a stroll to Cromer, making your way to Mundesley or a stomp at Sherringham Park there are some brilliant walks with breathtaking views. Learn more

Just over the road from the Cottage and Barn and serves good value pub food.
The Gunton Arms
An amazing traditional pub set within an extensive park. A real treat for a special occasion.
The Vernon Arms
An old fashioned pub in the next village of Southrepps which serves up a mean Sunday lunch.
Upstairs at No 1 Cromer
Locally sourced seafood right on the seafront
The Kings Head
Situated on the high street in the lovely market town of Holt. Serves good value pub food or a nice place for a drink
