Welcome...

Manor House Barn and Stable Cottage are two separate properties with a shared driveway and a linking path. They are situated in the heart of the North Norfolk village of Northrepps, about 3 miles south-east of Cromer and about 1 mile from the nearest beaches at Overstrand. There are quiet lanes connecting Northrepps to both Cromer and Overstrand, some suitable for vehicles and others for walking.

Both Manor House Barn and Stable Cottage are available for use by family and friends.

Manor House Barn

Manor House Barn is a traditional Norfolk barn which has recently been converted into a three-bedroomed residence with a main bathroom and an en-suite bathroom upstairs, and an open plan area downstairs with a large kitchen at one end and a relaxing lounge area and wood-burner at the other end. There is an enclosed garden area which is separate from the enclosed garden at the Cottage.

Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a single-storey flint and brick cottage which was originally the stables to the adjacent ‘Manor House’, a listed building. The accommodation comprises a sitting/dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, and a third twin-bedded room, and the main bathroom. There is an enclosed garden area with a children’s Wendy House which is separate from the enclosed garden at the Barn.
